I initially ordered the wrong size, but when I contacted them to order the correct size, they were nice enough to give me the same limited-time discount I'd used for the first order. They were super-helpful. The mat was for my glass and wood table to keep it from getting broken or ruined from everyday use. I was concerned that the mat might have a nasty smell (I've gotten shower mats and desk-chair floor protectors that smelled like skunk), but although the Exact Mats have a chemical smell when you first open the box, it's not offensive, and it fades quickly once you lay them out.
