We ordered this custom sized table protector for a second home overseas. The customer service was very good, replied quickly, with helpful answers. The product was made and shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. Once we rolled it open, we discovered that the measurements were not exactly right and the cuts were not perfectly square. In the end we had to mark and cut this item to fit better. The width was perfect but the length was ¼ inch too long on one corner and ⅛ inch too long on the other corner (of the same side). After these minor repairs, we are happy with the product. 4 stars for being very close but not perfect.
