I had a problem making a payment online. My travel agent Henry was very patient in helping me get the payment done. The Customer Service has been outstanding. I was having trouble with the website only to find out most of Exoticca's emails were going to my "Other" inbox, which I rarely check. Exoticca had, in fact, followed up masterfully on everything it should have done. I also want to add that, in looking over the prices, Exoticca offers good value for money travel options. I'm already planning a second trip -- just need a moment to get to it.
