We went to India last May with Exoticca. We had a great time, the itinerary was well put together, the hotels were mostly good although we changed the one in Delhi. The hotel was in the business district with nothing close by and no bar facilities. We complained and the guide organised another hotel which we paid substantialy more for and more than if we had booked it direct. We pointed this out to Exoticca on our return and received a voucher by way of compensatiom. We have just booked China 360 with them and are very happy with the service from Meri on the phone. Everything was double checked before payment and all the information regarding the visa was given. Looking forward to having the same great time as we had in India. Would definitely recommend.
