We had a superb trip to Peru Ecuador and Galápagos- our trip was great - we had a combination of our own tours and exoticcas ans all were excellent.
Only issue was Galápagos hotel was being renovated and no facilities so we decided to move. Only at that point the customer service was challenging as they seemed to focus on that we wouldn’t get money back when all we wanted was to move to a hotel that had facilities planned and wasn’t a building site. We sorted our own hotel a few doors away which was lovely and made the end of our amazing holiday perfect.
