Absolutely dreadful , our local branch is like a creche . The staff look totally fed up and would rather be anywhere else.
We saw our daughter left for long periods sitting at a computer screen with no one checking her. We were informed that she was working a year behind in English despite attending for 6 months Explore for 6 months !??. No plans were put in place to help them bring her back up to level.
Serious safeguarding concerns, they don't even know who your child is when you go to pick them up .
