Everything went well. The item I ordered looked exactly as pictured on the website. This doesn't always happen regardless of what you might order from any business. The stone was extremely well-packaged and came in just a few days. I haven't had any particular reason to order gems or stones, but I did this time as a present for my son, a professional geologist. I would recommend this business highly to anyone needing their products.
