Well, the joke’s on me! My crystals are beautiful! They are the nicest crystals I’ve ever received, ordering online. (Except for the other tome I ordered from Exquisite Crystals) What’s more, customer service was outstanding and very prompt in responding to my concern that I’d received the wrong item. I hadn’t. It was an error on my part. I thought I was ordering a crystal I would wear around my neck. Nope! This one weighs over a 1/2 pound! Not planning to wear it anytime ever! I don’t know how I misread the description but it is really beautiful. Customer service responded to my inquiry very quickly and politely. They surely had a good laugh at the idea I was planning to wear it! They offered and then did put up a few more of the type I thought I had ordered so I could possibly select one. I didn’t because though they weren’t 1/2 pound, they weren’t quite the size I needed, either.
