Such a pathetic service by the customer care.. I had booked a room at ramnad with an advance amt of rs 1360.. For 15th-16th august, and had very well informed that we will b checking in only by latenite so that we could extend our stay the next day.. Bt due to an emergency, we had to rush to mdu and i had been continuosly calling up ths customer care right from 2pm to cancel my booking, bt the call got connected only at 5pm aftr umpty number of calls,.. Now they r nt ready to reimburse even a partial amt of my payment stating that all the booking websites take an initial amt for confirmation.. Nt at all, i have been booking through agoda, booking. Com, and even directly to hotels.. None other these stupid platform asks for an initial payment, and even aftr asking them to take a partial payment, they just ignore and the worst behaviour is they just deny ur call during the conversation and put it on hold for even more than half an hr.. Hav never come through such worse customer care ever
