Fabhotel is just pathetic, never trust their customer service executives. We were stranded at 11pm in the night even after paying for hotel room in advance and never received the booking amount back as well.

Never Book with Fabhotels India They show you good rated Hotels and ask for full money and after receiving the Money they down grade your hotel with out any change in Price Further, when you call them they keep you waiting for hours and no response # Fabhotels#

I booked hotel for 18 January cold play event for around 4000+ rupees. now on 11 of December they are calling me and asking 20000 more other wise they will cancel my booking. They did same with other booking here is the link https://www.reddit.com/r/coldplayindia/comments/1hcjqvb/fabhotel_cancelled_my_room_for_25th_jan_and_asked/ I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I will drag them in consumer forum.

My recent experience with this hotel was disappointing due to poor coordination and booking management. The event coordinator lacked professionalism, making the entire planning process stressful. Additionally, I never received a booking confirmation via email or SMS, which led to confusion and uncertainty. Basic communication should not be an issue for a reputed hotel. I hope the management takes steps to improve their customer service and coordination processes.

Embarrassing service, Thirdclass, Pathetic service I had booked the hotel (FabExpress Deccan Heritage)after calling the fab customer and the customer care guy gave me a premium room, Also I confirmed with him in writing about early check in...and keeping the luggage for late exit from Hotel. they said that early check in is available they confirmed with Hotel. So now when you reach the Hotel with your family. They will make you wait and also asked amount for early check-in, When told it was already discussed with Fab customer care they say talk to customer care. So your family and all are sitting in the lobby and you are asked by hotel owner to talk to customer care in rude language as Fab dont pay us for early checkin. So now when you call the customer care they will say will check the recordings and all and the issue will be solved within 48 hours also they tell you to pay the amount and they will give you back. So now the check-in is done and as booked a room on the name of premium room is given which dont have clean bedsheets, No Towels, No Bucket and no mugs. when informed the same to the person there, He says the bedsheets are changed and will not be changed again. So now again when you call the customer care they tell us to send an email with the images to solve the issue. So when the booking was done a whatsapp communication was allowed, however when the service time comes an email is been asked. So now in this scenario almost more than half day is spent withought the leisure & enjoyment which you came to spend in the city. Fab customer care tells us within 3 hours we will get you the reply after you send an email. But no reply till next day morning. So again asked them to cancel my further 2 days bookings,, they checked and then they cancelled the further bookings. So a multiple Harassments are being done by the Hotel owners and Fab hotel customer care... NEVER EVER book any Hotels as they show you something and give you pathetic service also no update on emails almost 20 days and muliple follow-ups on the emails and calls, They will tell you within 2 hours you would get reply. but no reply comes any time.

Embarrassing service, I had booked the hotel after calling the fab customer service regarding early check in... they said that early check in is available and to pay amount at desk.... after reaching they ignored saying that rooms are not available. Now when I call the customer care, they are keeping phone on hold stating, your phone is transferred, I waited 3 times for 8 mins, spending 20 mins to talk keeping holded.... no response. The worst service I faced w.r.t hotels... Kindly don't trust fab hotels, if u have a booking calling the customer care w.r.r early check in.... they have nothing to do with customers requirement, just book and let the customer face later.

I called FabHotel reservation line on 28th August 2024 and after discussing briefly for one hour with the representative I booked FabHotel Udhna Inn, a deluxe room for 2 adults with an extra mattress included in the price quoted total of Rs. 22,500 where check-in was 15th October until 24th October. After making the advance payment of Rs. 6,750, my balance amount remaining was Rs. 15,750. Now, on October 04th, 2024 I got a WhatsApp message from FabHotel representative, stating my new hotel details like name, address and few images. FabHotel changed my hotel reservation from FabHotel Udhna Inn deluxe room to FabHotel Nidhivan a standard room without my consent or any conversation with me. Obviously, I wasn’t happy with them changing my hotel reservation without my consent or any conversation to a completely different address in the same city. Hence, I called FabHotel person who messaged me on WhatsApp informing me about the changed hotel, on 07th October 3-4 times, no response and instead he disconnected my call. I messaged him and left several voice notes. He responded stating they are very busy and cannot attend my call and they will resolve my issue. At the same time, I tried reaching directly the person who assisted me for booking the hotel room and even she didn’t pick up my call and hence I messaged her the same. She didn’t reply to my messages at all even after reading them. Her name is Pooja Sinha. I didn’t receive any call, message or email from any of the representatives of FabHotel. Hence, I called both the representatives again on 09th October. Still, no one received my calls and hence I messaged them both. One of the representatives messaged me back stating that he will surely resolve my issue that day itself and Pooja replied to me that she will check and let me know. Again, no call, message or email from any of the representatives. I messaged and called again to both of them on 10th October. No one received my call but one of the representatives just stated me in the message that he will be calling me in half an hour. Still, no call or message from him. Now, I called the FabHotel main line on 13th October and explained them everything. They first told me that FabHotel Udhna Inn was temporarily closed due to which they transferred me to FabHotel Nidhivan. And, they told me if they want me to check about the cost and extra mattress in FabHotel Nidhivan I need to speak to Pooja Sinha with whom I had done reservation. I explained him that I tried contacting her several times but she is not responding. The representative told me that he will schedule a call back for her to call me but I still didn’t receive any call from anyone. I was really frustrated with FabHotel service but didn’t have any option left and had to just stay at the hotel where they changed my reservation to. Now on 15th October, I reached FabHotel Nidhivan in the evening around 6:30pm. The reception person tells me that there is no room available. I explained him that I have already done the advance payment. He tells me that I didn’t do the reservation with him directly. I told him though I didn’t do the reservation from him directly but still I didn’t do the reservation with any third party like Expedia, Booking.com etc, I did the reservation directly with FabHotel chain. Still, he told me the same thing that there was no room availability. Now, I called those both representatives again sitting at the reception area and both of them didn’t receive my calls. I called the FabHotel main line. I explained the situation and he kept me on hold for some time. He then just disconnected the call on me. I again called FabHotel main line, someone else picked up and I had to explain the whole situation again and he just kept me on hold. After a long time, he states to me to give the phone to the reception person. The person at the reception first didn’t want to talk to him. After me talking to him, he then was ready to speak to the representative on my phone. After several ongoing conversation, the representative from FabHotel tells me that there is no room available at FabHotel Nidhivan and hence they are transferring me to a new Hotel named FabExpress Silk and they confirmed at this new hotel that there is room availability. I spoke to the representative about the deluxe room as well as the cost I agreed upon with the advance payment and he told me everything remains same even at the new Hotel. I still argued with him about the cost and he told they will compensate me with around Rs. 2k to 3k afterwards. Before going from FabHotel Nidhivan, the reception person told me that FabHotel Udhna Inn wasn’t closed. In fact, he confirmed internally that FabHotel Udhna Inn had room availability. Obviously, it was very difficult to speak to FabHotel people and I didn’t have any option at that time but to take my luggage and go to FabExpress Silk what they offered me. I left from FabHotel Nidhivan at 8:30pm. Now, here the person at the reception first was unaware about any single thing. He told me he didn’t receive any call nor confirmation from any of the FabHotel representative about me coming there. But, still fortunately there was only one room left at FabExpress Silk which he offered me. Now, I did the remaining payment and checked-in at the hotel. When I went inside the room, the room was very dirty and it didn’t even look like a proper standard room forget about deluxe. Everything was dusty, in fact the towel rack in the washroom even that was dusty. There were literally spider webs at various places in the room. It looked like no one came in the room for a very long time. I kept my luggage baggage and went to the reception person again, asked him for a cloth and I cleaned all the dust myself at the same night. The room was very small, no closet, the bathroom was very small and dirty and dusty. There were cigarette leftovers in the dresser table. The whole floor was also very dusty. At least to what I paid for a deluxe room definitely this is not something I should be expecting. The next day I called FabHotel main line again and no one received my calls even on the main line. I again called the second day at FabHotel main line and when I described everything what happened in FabExpress Silk the representative tells me that it is the right price for that hotel and also the room is also deluxe which was provided to me. I asked him for compensation and also for the cost difference because of the condition of the hotel where I checked-in compared to what I reserved and had paid for. Forget about all my issues of compensation and fare difference and situations, FabHotel representative didn’t even was ready to provide me the compensation which another representative promised me to give at the time when I was at FabHotel Nidhivan. He just told me I can state my issues for FabExpress Silk on their feedback portal. Also, after 2-3 days, someone from the same hotel FabExpress Silk who was staying for the same length of days as me told that he had booked this hotel for just Rs. 9000. FabHotel doesn't even owe a half a star rating. Their service is below degrading level. FabHotel representatives will only respond to you when you want to do booking i.e. 'their sales department'. They will never ever call you back. They will give you false hopes. They lie to you about escalating your issue if you have any to the managers. I believe they don't even know what an escalation is. I would recommend everyone pay a little extra with Expedia or booking.com, they will support you but never book any hotels with FabHotels.

The fab hoteld are disgusting, never ever book any hotels from them. The CSR talked to me and provided fake pics of the hotel room and when i went in the hotel they refused to cancel the booking and give me refund. When i contacted the CSR he cancelled my call and i asked support team to change my hotel they refused to do it. I was alone and new in the city this was very sad and horrifing incident for me..bloody bastards.

If you are corporate customer, then please do not book the through FAB website. They will not provide you hotel stay bill. It will be difficult for you to submit the claim.

One of the worst experience in my life booking hotels with FabHotels. The relationship manager doesn't answer the call, nor does the customer support is helping with my problem, they already took the advance and lying that they didn't get the payment when I have the proof of payment made and now not booking my rooms or giving any booking details. Never gonna recommend FabHotels to anyone in my life.

VERY WORST FAB HOTEL IN GOA. BOOKING PRICE IS DIFFERENT,BOOKING PLACE IS DIFFERENT,AT THE TIME OF VISIT HOTEL PRICE IS CHANGE ASK MORE MONEY FOR ROOM. HUMBLE REQUEST NOT TO TRUST FAB HOTEL. TILL NOW NO RESPONSE & NO REFUND AT ALL. BAD EXPERIENCE OF FAB HOTEL.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life, from the customer service to the room, the environment, all is negative zero. The room was all rats, roaches and mosquitoes, the smell was like a sewage in the room, blood allover the bed sheets.Mattress like a stone. The stay was horrible, and they refused to refund my money, i paid for 30 days and stayed only three nights and fell sick with mosquitoes bites. I have video on rats.

I booked Pooja Fab Hotel online since yesterday but due to fraud of some number the amount was also taken in advance or I will have to pay the return fee here. They say that you should never do online booking even by mistake.

Worst Experience Ever with FAB Hotels! I recently had the most horrible experience with FAB Hotels during my visit to Mussoorie. We booked a room through their call center, making it very clear that we needed immediate check-in. FAB Hotels assured us that rooms were available and insisted on advance payment to secure the booking. We paid in good faith, even informing them that we were only 30 minutes away from the city . They confirmed everything and sent us the hotel’s Google location, so we assumed all was fine. When we arrived at the location they provided, to our shock, there was no hotel! The location was in the middle of nowhere, several kilometers away from Mussoorie. There was no phone number provided where we could reach the hotel directly, and when we tried calling the FAB call center for assistance, they completely ignored us. It was as if they vanished after taking our payment. The call went to an automatic response system where it was impossible to speak to a real person. We were stranded in the middle of the night, desperately trying to find the hotel with help from locals. After nearly an hour of searching, we finally found the place, but it didn’t even look like a hotel! There was no room booked for us, and the hotel was completely sold out. To make matters worse, the hotel staff treated us with utter disrespect, as if we were begging for a favor. After countless attempts to reach FAB Hotels, we finally got through to a representative named Pulkit, who casually told us that there was no booking for us. No explanation, no solution. Just a half-hearted apology while we were left with no place to stay. It was a weekend night, and every other hotel was booked. We were forced to spend the entire night in our car, in the freezing cold and rain. FAB Hotels completely ruined our Mussoorie trip and left us stranded with zero accountability. I am now waiting for a refund, but more importantly, I expect an explanation and an apology for the complete disregard and harassment we faced. If FAB Hotels fails to address this, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to consumer court. You took our money under false pretenses and treated us horribly. This is unacceptable.
