Order placed Sunday evening. Realized item too big for my application, sent email to cancel Monday morning 6:30am. Talked to sales rep 11:03am Monday morning to confirm cancellation, said he would take care of it. Monday afternoon 3:06pm, recived email item on it's way. Monday afternoon 5:28pm, second sales rep said no big deal, they will stop shipment. Wednesday 8:42pm item departs shipping facility, on it's way. Again, sales rep gives excuses. From Monday early Am through to Wednesday late afternoon, they had plenty of time to stop shipment. Nothing but lies.
