Almost a month after ordering they submitted my order to Duramax for my generator. It has been over 2 months and a week and still no generator and others who ordered after me are receiving their orders. Tried to cancel and they are not sure I can so guess next step is call my credit card company and dispute the charge and hire an attorney. Would never advise anyone to order from Factory Pure order directly from Durmax. Pure SCAM to hold my money for a month and not place the order with Duramax!!!!
