I booked a parcel colletion via the Parcel Connect website for 7th December and received an email confirmation. I began to email 'support' after 8th December when the parcel wasn't collected. There is no phone number anywhere for them and the website says they are linked with Fastway couriers, who also don't have a phone number. I had to send the parcel by An Post on 11th December. On 12th December, when my tracking code still said 'not collected', I received a reply from Fastway Support to one of my emails blatantly lying, saying that the parcel had been collected on 11th! It's actual theft of people's money and I don't think they exist at all. It's just a professional scam website. DO NOT USE.
