Fastway are the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They have no phone numbers listed and Im guessing that's so they wouldn't be in the phone all day listening to people complain about their bad service. I live on the border of two counties and my parcel always takes 2 weeks sometimes more to be delivered from Dublin. Its not like its coming from Europe. ( My parcels from the UK via An Post take 2 days.) They a misdirected at least 4 times every order, sometimes lost ir sent back to the supplier. The supplier's call to try sort the problem out with Fastway but THEY don't even get joy. We've added notes on the parcel but clearly no one can read at Fastway. I've sent message on their webpage but still no joy. I've asked for a call so we can resolve the issue but I'm ignored. Very bad customer service. I want to cry when I need to order and Fastway are the courier company.
