Absolute joke of a company
Parcel was picked up by fastway on 20/04/21 and give a tracking number, and estimated to arrive in 48 hours,,,,,THAT was 5 weeks ago!!!
Turned out to have the wrong aircode,but they had my email, address and phone number, contacted them by email 4time,get the same reply as everyone else "we'll get back to you" still no package,,, contacted sell who was just as bad and refused to give a refund,just checked tracking number again,said delivered 3 days ago,but they don't know where,,,
Save yourself the hassle,pay the extra€1 and go through a reliable source...
,so after 6week,I get a reply,see below."send us your tracking number and we'll look into it,,, you've been looking into it for a month ....so what's your answer now ??
