Worst delivery service. I had to email them to ask when my parcel would be delivered - to be told it's already been delivered. It hadn't been. They said it was left at my door - it wasn't. Told me to check all the places it could be - wasn't there nor had any neighbours seen it. Sent out a driver to check my property and did this without authorisation. Driver found the package of my parcel in my bin apparently but as I wasn't in at the time he wouldn't send a pic of this and removed it from my bin (apparently). So they have said "you have the parcel case closed" . I don't have the parcel and asked for photographic evidence of the parcel being delivered and the packaging - neither of which they will send me, rather "The driver has photographic evidence of this for the sender when they get in touch. No further communication will be had between Fastway & you, we will handle this with the sender." Absolutely appalling service.
