They picked up my parcel on the 8th June. 10 days later it still hasn't arrived. It has been in the hub since the 10th. Emailed and 2 separate people say they'll check and get back to me. Still waiting for an answer. No reply when I used website contact. An absolute f-ing joke and zero customer service. I'm sorry I didn't read reviews before booking them
