Useless, ordered parcel from Zalando.ie on the 20/8/21. I have been waiting on my parcel ever since. Yesterday 30/8/21 I checked it on the website and was advised it was in the van to be delivered, never arrived. Website then updated to say it was back in the delivery hub, this morning they updated the website again to say it was being delivered and then to say it had been delivered. No package and no van arrived. Unable to get into contact with Fastway. I am working from home waiting on this package. Disgraceful service, Zalando.ie needs to change couriers as I wont order from them again because of this.
