I purchased a fine from Eir on the 6th October, it arrived in the depot on the 13th, I emailed Fastway couriers & was told it would be delivered within 2 working days. Never arrived, I tried to ring Fastway but the 2 numbers on the site were wrong numbers. Finally I took time off work on the 19th October to go to Little Island to collect it myself after it being sitting on the shelf in the depot all this time. This fine was to be delivered to my home. Can you explain to me why it wasn’t,. My tracking number3M2400432001.
