I ordered some masks from a company based in Limerick, on October 9th. My shipping cost for the delivery from Limerick to Athlone was €11.05. I contacted them on October 20th as I hadn't received anything. I was told that Fastway had delivered my package on October 14th and had gotten a signature. I included my postal code and mobile number in the delivery details, no one called to my home on that date as I was in all day. Today is November 4th and still no sign of my masks. This company has received appalling reviews for it's total lack of customer service and rightly so. I cannot understand how Fastway are still in "business".
