Dreadful service, make absolutely no contact with you, they said they had delivered and received a signature for my package when they hadn't even attempted delivery. They sent my package back to sender without ever once making contact with me or making any attempt to deliver. When I complained to the company I ordered from they said that fastway confirmed they had delivered my package! Unbelievable stuff, you can't speak to anyone, they don't respond to emails, even though you get an automated response to say that you will get a response within 48 hours, a total joke. After a month I eventually got a refund only for the very same thing to happen with another package, so frustrating. Avoid at all costs!!
