After several emails to and from fastway couriers ireland regarding a delivery they threw from a van asking me first for the tracking number then for the address and then the name on the parcel all of which I had already given them and I would have assumed they already had they told me to contact the supplier for a refund. This was my response.
Why would I need to send pictures to the supplier for a refund or replacement as they were not at fault. The reason I did not receive my parcel in good condition is that fastway couriers threw it from a van in the rain in a garden with 2 dogs when there's a post box on the pillar that it would easily fit into. I will be contacting the supplier however to make them aware that I will purchase no further items if they are using fastway couriers as the delivery method and as expected after wasting my time with back and forth emails the response regarding your company's incompetence has been totally unsatisfactory and again thank you for wasting my time.
Do your self a favour and don't purchase from any supplier that uses this joke of a company as their carrier
