Why do I have to give them 1 star?? This is the worst courier company in Ireland. Has anyone seen how bad their Google reviews are? Rating of 1.5 from over 2000 reviews...shocking. Somehow they appear to have locked Google reviews so you're unable to review them there, I didn't even know that was possible. When I tried to track my parcel there was a list of their errors and where my parcel had been and then it said returned to sender. Never any attempt to contact me. I used their chat button onsite but apparently no one bothers to monitor their whatsapp account and there's literally no other way to contact them. Oh...unless you count their phone number where there's a recorded message referring you to contact them via their website! So yeah, my son didn't get his birthday present. Thanks Fastway...nice one.
