I waited at home all day expecting my delivery but again fastway delivery left my parcel somewhere else, didn’t make any attempt to contact me nor did they even bother to tell me where they had left it. The tracker states that a signature was obtained, but I have no idea who that was because I live alone and it certainly wasn’t me. This is not the first time either. No customer service either, there should be regulation on this industry. They are shocking.this all occurred on the 31/03 and as of 04/04 and after following up twice with their online query submission I am being ignored
