This is the third time I have had an email from them stating my parcel was delivered but am left without my items! I have CCTV and last time I complained, they didn't get back to me once I told them the delivery was not on our CCTV. This time, they are responding but CS have basically said the driver delivered it, they have to go with what they are told, and they'll ask him to contact me but he might not... WHAT???? Where is my parcel? In future I will stress that companies should not use this company. They are either thieves or completely incompetent. I am furious right now, they sent me a Google maps picture of my home stating it was from the Driver GPS... I am so frustrated but unfortunately, I am the receiver rather than the sender. I will be contacting the sender shortly. Their CS is completely unhelpful, their attitude is generally combative, and I say this having worked in CS myself and understanding how frustrating a job it can be, but never have I responded to a customer in this manner, or even ignored them, as they have me. Unbelievable that they are still in business!
As for the questions, my delivery is not on time as it is generally late anyway and has not actually been delivered. They appear to be using their own driver, the item better not be damaged, but it is missing so I can't tell, and it's taking ages to get it from them, the last two deliveries never materialised! Communication is a joke, and CS is more or less redundant as they seem reluctant to respond to customer issues.
