My parcel was dispatched 2 weeks ago from the UK. Online tracking shows that it has done a circuit of Ireland, north and south. It has been unloaded and then dispatched from several depots but no delivery. Their website is not functioning in that if you click on contact or email, there’s no opening of a separate page. I googled and found phone numbers. When you call there is a pre-recorded message directing you to the website. I won’t be purchasing from companies again that use fastway couriers.
