Shockingly incompetent service, parcels constantly being delivered to wrong estate and even when they do manage to get the correct address/eircode parcels are just abandoned in totally unsafe and unsatisfactory places' drivers don't even bother knocking, I couldn't count the amount of times i got messages saying parcels were left in a safe place when nothing was delivered at all, i was at home on one occasion with front door wide open and parcel was left at the gate where anyone could have picked it up, no way to contact fastway and when you try you read about a number provided in welcome email!? But there's no facility to access anything to elicit a welcome email, absolutely diabolical shambles and practically pointless
