I wouldn’t even give this company one star they deserve zero. I got an email to say my parcel would be delivered in the morning, absolutely no time frame was given. I was out in the afternoon for an hour and when I came home I had an email saying my parcel had been delivered and I had previously opted for no signature to be required which was an absolute lie!!!!! There was no sign of my parcel at all even after checking with neighbours. I had another email from fastway to say they had left my parcel in the lobby.. does this mean left on my doorstep for someone passing by to take??!?!! THE WORST OF THE WORST & no phone number to call.. I did find an email for them but my mail never got a reply. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!
