Like many many people my package couldn't be delivered because they apparently 'rang and there was no answer'. This has happened more than once with me and is simply a lie. Then my package was loaded today on a van and 'a signature obtained' 26 seconds later! I did not get the package and I did not sign for it-another lie. Awful company. I have written to the supplier who I purchased from to make them aware of this constant problem. Avoid fastway.
