Unfriendly and Unreliable service. I have dealt with Fastway on both ends, dealing with them as our courier in multiple jobs as well as a customer of theirs receiving packages. As for their courier service when dealing with retailers, their drivers are consistently unfriendly and sometimes even rude. They act like moody teenagers when collecting packages and become offended when issue is raised when there is inconsistent parcel collections. On the receiving end, they are the only service that seem unable to reliably deliver a package on time. Every single dealing I’ve had with them for the past year has had the parcel delayed and sent to other counties. We have a parcel bin outside our door, clearly labelled as such, and their driver will blatantly ignore this (resulting in some parcels being damaged by nearby dogs). When trying to raise this with Fastway themselves, you may as well be talking to a wall. TLDR; avoid as a rule of thumb.
