Fastway have to be not just the worst delivery company in the entire country,but possibly one of the worst businesses overall. They must have a full time team writing fake 5 star reviews on their behalf. Their service is so bad it's no wonder it's almost impossible to get in contact with them, I doubt they could hire enough customer service agents to cover the complaints about their abysmal service. Tracking is woeful. Packages are never delivered on time. They have a standard "attempted delivery" notification, you could be sitting on your doorstep waiting for them and it would still register as an attempted delivery. But that's when it suits them, miraculously the "left at safe location" notification shows up when they supposedly deliver packages behind plant pots, even though there are no plant pots to be seen and the doorbell cam shows nothing. I make a point with every online retailer to find out who the delivery company is and if I get feedback that it's Fastway I cancel my order. Unfortunately the odd one slips through the cracks and every single time there is an issue with delivery. AVOID THIS USELESS SHOWER AT ALL COSTS
