Tracking Online system didn't work with either a Woodies order or my wife's Very order. I called the "Fastway Swords" number online and received a snappy woman who advised that I was onto a Commercial line. But Google provides the top search for Fastway' Number as this number. She then proceeded to advise me to email in and I would receive a reply with 24 hours...issue is, I needed an update on the phone as the items were overdue and urgent. When I pressed her a little...she deployed the "Don't speak to me in that tone of voice" nonsense. Then she raised her voice and hung up. When I rang back and pleaded with her...Guess what, she was able to check my tracking in seconds only to advise me again she needed to disconnect my call when I probed her nicely on why their online system tracking ids weren't working!
