You actually left my delivery in the recycling bin, it's lucky I had to put them out tonight and I checked them. The item is fragile and easy to break and it says it on the package but you still put it out in -6c temperature. How hard is it for you to press my video doorbell just to let me know you delivered it. This isn't the first time it happened, many times with other deliveries. If there was a way to not have this company deliver anything to my house again I would choose it.
