Fastway New Ross.Avoid using this transport agency. They were supposed to deliver a package to me on Monday, but at the end of the day they said they couldn't deliver it because there was no one at home. Both that day and the next, there were people at home and we didn't hear a knock on the door. On Tuesday, they sent us an email saying that the package had been left in a safe place (the porch) and there was no package here. If they left it on the porch, I understand that they left it at the door, but my house is in a transit area and anyone can access the door. Also, as I've already said, there were people at home and no one heard a knock on the door. On Wednesday, we started a chat with Fastway customer service and they told us that it appeared that the package was being delivered. ???? I don't understand anything. They sent an email on Tuesday saying that it was delivered. On Thursday, we asked another question and they basically told us that we would receive a response and they cut off the chat. On Friday we went to the warehouse that the transport company has in New Ross and they told us that the package had been left with a neighbour, which we had not authorised at any time and they told us that the girl who delivered it would call us to give us more details and we are still waiting.
