Absolutely terrible. Fastway couriers delivered my parcel to the wrong address and subsequently blamed me for a service and job THEY are paid to provide!
Someone from the company (perhaps a driver, not sure) then contacted me and rudely accused me of inputting the address incorrectly, which perplexed me as I was 100% sure I had not in fact done that. He told me it was my responsibility to present at the incorrect address and retreive the parcel myself!!! After explaining that both of my kids were ill and I could not do that nor was it my responsibility to do his job, this Fastway employee continued to talk at me rudely for approximately 10 minutes.
I retrieved all my order receipts,
which confirmed that I had in fact entered the correct delivery details at the time of purchase (the ONLY time I had had to enter them). I then contacted the retail company from which I had purchased the items, and Fastway customer care, attaching all the documents which proved that this mistake had nothing to do with me.
The retail company promptly responded the next day, apologised and confirmed that they are currently investigating the poor courier service I experienced. Fastway customer care, on the other hand, has yet to respond! Speaks volumes. Do not use this service. Absolutely disgraceful.
