I had a Sports Direct delivery due last week and I was anticipating it arriving last Friday after I received notification that the parcel was loaded onto the Courier's van at 6am on Friday.... No sign of them.... Then the next day the status had changed to 'parcel delivered at 8:34 am'... This is 100% false. No one delivered anything as I would've seen the vehicle due to where my house is situated and plus I was working from home, beside the front window at that time. Reached out to Fastway and received a generic response email and then nothing since after multiple emails... DO NOT USE ANY COMPANY THAT USES THEM AS A COURIER... THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
