I've bought quite a lot of clothing, shoes and jewellery from Feather & Stitch online. The selection is superb - they always seem to have exactly what I want to wear (amazing buying from Helen). And I've always received my items promptly and beautifully wrapped. When I've got a size wrong, it's been no trouble at all to exchange or return. With my last order, I selected two sizes of jeans and I received a follow-up call from Helen to assist me with the sizing of various items I'd ordered. This was exceptional service and saved me time and effort of ordering multiple sizes or ordering the wrong size and having to return items. I followed up with a visit to the boutique and it was a thoroughly lovely experience. Both ladies were super helpful with styling and sizes. I will certainly be continuing to buy online and in person!
