They wrote that i delivered my package but actually i didn't receive it. when i contact them they said that the driver left it in front of the door of the main building inhabited by many residents!! I was at home at the time mentioned that he delivered the package and despite that the bell did not ring!! It doesnt make sense to deliver a package and leave it anywhere and in the end he writes delivered without any signature!!!
Is this reasonable?
Now my right was lost, I paid money approx (67euro)and finally i did not recieve my package.
