“I ordered a laptop from Dell 1 week ago, it was a 1 day shipment. It reached the Houston location 3 days ago and I still haven't received it. When I called the customer service they said they have no idea when I will receive the package. The worst customer service ever!!! Please don't get anything shipped with them. They say they are short staffed but I see their trucks in my neighborhood everyday.”
“Their online tracking is not kept up to date and not the first time I've experienced this I have a package that showed sitting in the same place for nearly a week with no movement it was a gift for someone that has now passed and I still do not have the package it was ordered on the 6th today is the 22nd it's not anywhere near the estimated delivery date as when I ordered it and I still do not have it however oddly i placed orders from the same vendor that were shipped through the same carrier FedEx after this particular order and I received those but still haven't received the first order so if you're needing something by a certain date I would think twice if FedEx is the carrier”

I was at home at the time mentioned that he delivered the package and despite that the bell did not ring!! It doesnt make sense to deliver a package and leave it anywhere and in the end he writes delivered without any signature!!!

“had 2 packages picked up from 1 supplier got email that they were going to be delivered next day gave me 2 tracking numbers. next day door bell rang and within 5 seconds the delivery driver was booting bottom of front door driver was very rude and aggressive only had 1 package had to wait in till 6 pm but other package did not turn up only to get another email that the package was going to be delivered next day would not recommend using Fedex for deliveries as when you look at tracking there is no time estimation just package in transit so need to stay in from 9 till 6 other delivery firms give you a rough estimate time of delivery so don't need to stop in all day”
