We were let down badly by another broker, kept waiting for two months with the same line being turned out each day 'It's with the underwriters'. We finally snapped and stopped all services with them around May bank holiday. I called Finance Advice Centre and Zoe Edwards picked up (it was after hours so thanks for her staying late that day!) Zoe dealt with our situation superbly, my wife and I (and subsequently our two small children) were all very stressed that our house purchase wouldn't happen! Zoe realised the importance of speed in this particular case and got everything done within two weeks! Original broker agreed to refund the valuation fee and this refund has taken longer than Zoe has taken to get the mortgage completed end to end! I and my family would like to say the biggest thank you to Zoe and her team. Our dream would have died if it wasn't for her so we will be eternally grateful.
