“Tony Lau has been our mortgage advisor. He clearly knows the field and his service is simply outstanding. He organised everything so efficiently and all his advice given has been solid and consistent. He is the best we’ve come across in this field and we are so thankful for his expertise and help. “We have had the pleasure of dealing with Ben Patten throughout our entire "first-time buyer" process, with precious assistance from FAC colleagues at key moments. Ben has been patient, empathetic and understanding. He guided us through our first successful purchase, was incredible in explaining the process to us, chasing up when needed and super supportive when our first attempt to purchase a house fell through. He knew how to draw a line between explaining clear options at each stage of the process against offering personal financial advice - he always told us everything we needed to know in a non-pressured way and this allowed us to take important decisions with relative confidence. Absolute pleasure to deal with, and we would recommend him and the team to anybody wishing to use a brokering service to navigate through the perils of house purchase AND (as we have discovered) all the other peripheral but critical considerations. “Harriette Milne is an amazing mortgage advisor, very professional and personable at the same time, takes time to really understand your needs and will support you through the whole process in an easy to understand way for those not to mortgage savy. There was never any delays with Harriette and I was so pleased with how quick she got us through the process, I would highly recommend her, five stars 🌟”

“The service we have received has been outstanding! I could truely not have asked or wished for any better service. We were allocated Sue as our adviser and she really went above expectations of service! Nothing was to much trouble, every question I had Sue responded to very quickly either by calling or responding to my many emails. I completly trusted her judgement and advice she shared with us. Sue was always very professional and 100% competent in her advice and guidance and I truely felt at ease when discussing matters with her. The other guys in the office were also amazing and made this expereince very straight forward and pleasant to be apart of. Thank you so much finance advice centre!”

“Sue helped us find a mortgage and was utterly fantastic! From our very first phone call, she was so kind, understanding and supportive. She couldn’t have done a better job throughout the entire process, and went out of her way to do the best she could for us, even in the difficult circumstances that came up throughout our mortgage application process. She is honestly the nicest, most caring and professional person I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with, and I can’t thank her enough. She is a real diamond and is a credit to the company!”

“We were assisted throughout our Mortgage application by Mark, who came highly reccommended. Mark was full of knowledge of the mortgage market and able to advise us which bank to apply too based on our circumstances. Despite some difficult circumstances with regards self employment and a recent blip with our credit history, Mark made what was a stressful time run smoothly to completion. Without Marks expertise I'm sure we would not have got our application approved, or at the least it would of been delayed.”

“Harriette has been brilliant, from initial advice and consultation through to final mortgage offer. The Financial Advice Centre have been invaluable to me and I would 100 per cent recommend. Harriette responds fast to all communication, she is amazingly supportive and a true expert in her field. It is a long and, at times, stressful process. Harriette is reassuring and kept me calm when I felt anxious about my application. She really does guide though every step and ensures the paperwork is all correct for submission. Alice took over my application in the final stages and was professional and swift to respond to all correspondence. A 5 star service.”

“The process from start to finish was very easy. Being a first time buyer i was a bit nervous about completing the process but Ben made it very easy and guided me through the whole way. “firstly i normally do not write reviews as I am dyslexic therfore i find its challenging. in this case I make a exception. i found Jonathan Hunting to be very professional , helpful , and unlike others who charged me upfront charges and ran away when it started to become difficult. Jonathan changed gears and said not a problem we will sort , can do attitude pleasure to work with organised BTL mortgage for my company and mortgage for myself. i would recomment both Jonathan and company to anybody whilst i write this is probably the first time i have written such a review of this nature and I've been in business since 1988. Good luck Jonathan.”
