Being on 100% benifits due to a long term illness getting a mortgage seemed impossible. Tried every lender I could think of they were not even prepared to try to help me. Then Lynn seemed to come like an ???? in disguise and made the impossible possible. Profesional and friendly she explained everything step by step. Always there when I needed any questions answered even if she was busy her assistant was always more than happy to help. Would highly recommend to anyone finding it difficult to get a mortgage. At the beginning I thought the money was a bit much but now I believe every penny was well spent.
