After being initially declined for a mortgage by my bank (and thinking that buying a house with my credit history would be impossible) I stumbled across the Finance Advice Centre via the Online Mortgage Adviser. I submitted a query to them at 8.30pm and within half an hour Azhar had called me back and gone over all my details. He explained how the service works and seemed very confident that they'd be able to match me with a mortgage provider that would be willing to take me on. Azhar was very easy to talk to and reassuring, explaining the process as we went along. He was always very fast to reply to emails and calls (7 days a week and at all hours of day). His dedication to the job (and to my case) is not something I think I've seen recently, so I'm really grateful. I have to admit I'd never heard of the Finance Advice Centre before and when I looked for reviews of the service online they were all so glowing I was a little bit suspicious but having experienced the great service I understand why everyone is so positive. Once my mortgage was agreed in principle by a lender Connor took over the processing from Azhar and again provided an excellent level of customer service seeing the application through to a having the mortgage offer accepted by the lender. All in all, thoroughly recommended service, very good value for money as without their help I doubt I'd be on course to own a property!
