Massive thanks to Alun Cooper & Kayleigh Tunnicliffe for their great support and guidance to get our first mortgage offer. As we were both first time buyers we were both unaware of the system/process of mortgage. Both Alun and Kayleigh diligently attended to all our queries promptly. Furthermore, our application was a bit unique due to the fact deposit money coming from sale of property abroad, Alun and Kayleigh both guided us ensuring all our documents meet the requirement of the lender meaning extra paper work and documentation was needed to be organised and submitted accordingly. The whole process was managed smoothly ensuring lender was provided with all documents necessary with proper diligence in place. Finally we would like to thank Kayleigh again as she ensured our file was submitted by meeting the requirements of the lender and Alun for coming over and attending to all our queries from beginning till the end.
