Right from the beginning the Finance Advice Centre has supported us in gaining a mortgage to buy our first home. After searching through the high street banks, to no avail due to my partner being self employed for only a short amount of time, Paul found us a great deal (better than we ever thought we'd be able to get). He was always there at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had, even during weekends and late on in the evenings, going above and beyond to provide us with the support and guidance we needed. As our case progressed we had an offer accepted on our house and we had received our official mortgage offer. Kayleigh supported us in dealing with the solicitors when a few issues arrised, she provided us with updates every week, chased the solicitors to provide us with updates and progress with our case as well as being at the end of the phone/ email when we had any questions. Kayleigh most definitely took some of the stress out of a stressful situation! Over all the Finance Advice Centre made it possible for us to buy a house much earlier than we thought we would be able to. We were provided with excellent, professional service and cannot thank Paul and Kayleigh enough!
