Our remortgage went through in 2 weeks and was as smooth a process as it was 2 years ago, again with a high street lender at low interest rates. If you have a poor credit history for what ever reasons please use these as I tried on my own and failed however they have secured a mortgage for me firstly through Halifax and now NatWest after bankruptcy. They really are experts and brilliant at what they do.
