When we spoke with Paul Clark we had already had an application through another broker which was pretty much dead in the water. Prior to that we have been trying for a mortgage for around 3 years. One of the biggest was, our case was complex and multifaceted. However, Paul clearly and concisely set out what options he felt we had and what direction we should go in.
