FirstPort fails to deliver in their responsibility in how to manage the estate we live in...
I really don't know where our money goes!!
I believe every family pays a different amounts even in the same building. How is this fair?
We can't see any work done and we face issues every day:
Our buildings are only hoovered twice a month, they exclude walls and windows. Ever since living here the walls have never been painted or cleaned and are full of marks/ scratches and dirt. The light sensors are faulty for weeks now. They don't pick up on neighbours bad practice- some neighbours leave their items on the stair way of the apartments (which is a fire hazard and a communal area that should be respected). There is litter around the estate that gets ignores and left, the grass around the estates is all dry due to not being maintained. Not to mentioned the wood work on the apartments (as part of the architecture) and where the bins are stored is all dried out and looks awful.
I hope this can be viewed by the company and do something about it. It's been far too long and this is a pure disrespect to all families in the estate that pay crazy amounts every month for nothing to be done.
