I'm truly disappointed and I'm looking for an answer as all operators cannot help.
On the 1st of October 2022, I have accidently transferred £1500 the firsport account. Firstport looks after a development that I have a property.
I have requested the money back, it apparently the money never reached, despite the confirmation of my bank statement and my bank confirming also.
I'm out of the country for work, thjs money is affecting my family financially, as my wife is in the UK with a two babies.
I need someone, director, to please return the money.
