Absolute Joke of a company. I raised three queries over a month ago after being sent a "late payment" letter for charges that they haven't actually invoiced.
The road on our estate has a physical drop that has already damaged multiple vehicles and they've left it that way for 6 months so far. They've now closed off our query after sending an email saying "we haven't been able to respond in time" as if that's an acceptable result?!
We still haven't had an invoice for the estate charges but First Port think it's acceptable to charge an extra £80 admin fee on top of the balance that we've been querying for 6 weeks. Complete shambles!
